Costs can vary greatly depending on size, location, materials used etc., but generally speaking; fiberglass pools can range from $20k-$60k+, concrete pools might range from $30k-$100k+ while vinyl-lined ones may cost between $10k-$25K+.

A fiberglass pool can typically be installed in 1-2 weeks as theyre premade shells just requiring placement and setting up. Concrete pools take longer - approximately several weeks to few months since theyre built on-site with curing time included. Vinyl lined pools may take 1-3 weeks for installation.

Fiberglass requires minimal maintenance – occasional pH balance checks and periodic surface cleaning. Concrete needs frequent brushing because algae can breed in its porous surface plus maintaining proper pH levels is crucial so as not to damage the surface. Vinyl-lined pools require regular checks for leaks or tears in addition to maintaining water chemistry.
